Items up to the value of £50 will be sent Recorded Delivery (signed for), items over £50 will be sent Special Delivery for insurance purposes.
Rush orders will also be sent Special Delivery.
Colour samples will be sent 1st class post and English Rose Tiaras will accept no responsibility for items lost in transit.
RETURNS POLICY
As all items are handmade to order we will only offer a refund or exchange if your order is damaged.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your damaged goods and we will arrange for a refund or replacement.
The damaged item must be returned in it's original packaging and be returned to us within 7 days by recorded delivery for values under £50 and Special Delivery for values over £50(please note we will not refund return postage costs). Any items sent after this date will be considered the buyers property and not refunded. Refunds will not be given after your wedding date or for misuse of your items
LIABILITY
All items are handmade using small pieces and wire, therefore we advise they are not suitable for very young children. Care should always be taken when handling your items.
As your item is handcrafted there may be slight variations between pieces however this would be very slight and not affect your design in anyway.
We offer a customised choice of colours for your items shown in our colour chart, however we cannot guarantee exact matches due to computer variations. If you are not sure which is the best colour match we advise you order a colour sample.
Many items are made with silver plated wire and if not treated correctly with time will tarnish like any silver plated goods.Please keep all items wrapped in orginal packaging when not being used and we advise you limit handling until your wedding date. No responsibility will be taken for misuse of your items.
